Len grew up at Freshwater (formerly known as Wadsworth Christian & Missionary Alliance Church) from birth to the age of 26. Then in November of 2009, God called him back – not as someone who attended and volunteered at the church, but as the Youth Pastor for the 7-12th graders. He loves telling the crazy God story of getting into ministry and returning to Freshwater, so if you ever want to hear it, just ask him to share!

Len moved into the position of Family Pastor in the spring of 2023, overseeing both the Gen Now Kids and Gen Now Youth ministries for birth-12th grade. For him, working with the young people of the church and their families has been and will continue to be an incredible honor.

Len is married to his high school sweetheart, Kim, who loves her ministry as a 5th grade teacher. They have been blessed with and are so proud of their two daughters, who couldn’t be any more different from one another. Len and Kim are excited to see what God will continue to do in and through their daughters in their adult years. The family also has a chocolate lab named Chloe.
