Confession Practice: Confess Your Sins

Freshwater Staff   -

Many modern barriers to community are symptoms of shame. But as we learn to courageously name our wickedness and woundedness in the presence of loving community, we begin to heal.

Confess Your Sins

While the practice of confession is not a silver bullet, it is one of the most powerful tools we have to deal a lethal blow to this ancient enemy of shame. In this video from Practicing the Way, we’ll also see how confession opens ourselves up to experience what our hearts most long for – the healing love of God and community.
